![]() It is not the best way to upload data to Weather Underground. ![]() That plugin is now very very old and it does not do rapidfire to Weather Underground. That software then required a add-on plugin to allow it to upload to Weather Underground. That software by today's standards looks pretty dated. The Weatherlink PC software used to have a price, but it is free now, but it has also been discontinued in the sense that no new development is being done to it, although it is made available for free. That was talking about installing Weatherlink PC software which would get data from the USB, IP, or Serial Loggers. That was an old way of doing things that I do not recommend. Check out johnd's graphic for this detail how you can see that WLL alone is limited in upload options. * Options like Meteobridge Black or Meteobridge standard may seem silly because they also require a WLL or a USB Logger, but their benefit is that they are very very capable of doing a lot more things with your data (in terms of where else to send it and see it). Meteobridge Pro (Red or Black) Red can work by itself, Black requires WLL or USB Logger ![]() Meteobridge (standard) requires WLL or USB Logger also IP Logger (no longer sold.superceeded by WeatherLink Live standalone) Serial Logger (not very popular unless you have a specific need) Plug in to the back of the console Logger type options: In a nutshell.you either plug in a logger into the back of your display console.or you get a standalone logger. Ignore the fact that you see a VP2 station in this graphic.you have the same exact options for the Vue: I like this nice graphic that johnd made which shows the different logger options. There are different logger options available. You've bought a Vue and not realized that it doesn't connect to the Internet by itself.
